Returns Policy

We will issue a full refund if any of these situations occur:

+ The printed image does not match what was ordered.

+ Product is damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…etc.

+ The final product was the wrong size compared to what was ordered.

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email at: sales@crispycotton.com or by filling out a support ticket using the form below. Certain situations might call for a photo attachment for verification. We will happily refund or exchange an item after the issue has been verified. 

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the event a shirt has not met expectations in sizing or comfort, we will do everything in our power to assist you in finding an alternative product at a discount. Such instances would be reviewed and fulfilled on a per case basis and; if granted, would only be valid one time per account after the initial order is returned at the expense of the customer. Long story short, PLEASE review your order before purchasing and double-check the brand and sizing chart to insure an awesome fit.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We partner with a fulfillment house to insure item quality and consistency. As such, we pay what you pay to have your product(s) shipped. Unlike some online retailers, we do not inflate shipping costs to make a couple extra bucks. Not too CRiSPY if you ask us. Our primary goal with shipping costs is to simply cover it – not turn a profit. This is an important point we want our customers to understand. We could also bury our shipping costs in product pricing and declare FREE SHIPPING for everyone, but that is not how we wish to operate.
